What do you mean "Curis has not been forthcomingwith information on changes to the program"?  The information about the high density sludge water treatment is from the company. Call the company or Arizona Department of Enviromnent (ADEQ). There have been NO changes to the program because Florence town council denied their zoning request. These ARE the facts made to investors.  The state land development is proceeding. Your arguement has no basis, you keep saying the same thing without any facts. How can you give a recommendation when you neither own or short the stock?  Unless you're a supporter of Protct Our Water Our Future (POWOF).  POWOF is a real estate hedge investment firm that is principally backing the oppostion to Curis deveolpment. The bought the land AFTER Curis bought theirs - knowingly that Curis is going to develop the mine. Curis land sits between two gravel pits, and  railroad line. POWOF is currently trying to get Curis to buy their land at a premium. That's the whole deal. POWOF doesn't really care about the environment or Florence or future real estate deveoplment which is 25 years away. POWOF is paying or lobbying Florence citizens, bloggers, paying expensive lawyers etc to put pressure on Curis. Without POWOF, there is no opposition.  From my understanding, there will be pending news within the next 2 months which will significantly move the project forward.
