It is true that the town has been a problem, and the company stragegy now is not to push them but get the project going on the state lands--which was always the plan in any case (i.e., would not mine city land until later in mine life). Then after folks see all the doom sayers are wrong, then proceed with city.

I am much more interested in what they do to get funding, which they need within the next month or 2 for phase 1. If we don't hear anything in the next week or 2 I'll call IR and see what is happening (not that she can give specifics, but there are always "hints").
