Still - to play devil's advocate, if the project were rejected - isn't AOS still worth more than 15-16c/share with their cash balances, money they'd receive in compensation from the Alberta government, and the remaining land they do have? I mean, this valuation still seems to be extremely low - obviously, the failure to move forward with Clearwater would be a disaster and I'd just as soon see AOS wind up and sell what assets rthey have left. But we're still talking a lot more money than their existing market cap.
