BEWARE Hewlett Packard

BEWARE Hewlett PackardI own a HP desktop. [my last]

Not long ago my PC was acting up so I finally ordered a new set of disks to do a re-install of my OS. Before doing so I backed up all of my AbiWord documents [Microsoft no longer provides Microsoft Word except as a trial software] and sent as an e-mail attachment to myself. Now that I’ve re-installed my new OS I cannot open any of my documents.

When I contacted Hewlett Packard, they would help me - but only for a fee - even though the issue is not my PC but the crappy software they sent me. Beware their Customer NOservice. It’s ALL about milking every dollar they can from you. Like DELL, Hewlett Packard has become a crap company with zero Customer Service. By anything but a DELL or a Hewlett Packard product.
