I remember quite well that the stock started to climb dramatically BEFORE the news about CH6 came out.  This pattern repeated itself numerous times. 

Yes,  just like the good old VSE days.

But this latest thing is beyond the pale.  Johhn Q. Public sits there wondering what the hell is going on while insiders are buying at 61 cents.  Johnny Public is for the most part selling because he has seen his investment slowly evaporate over the past 6 months, only to crash even further after the BHP news release. 

Then, a few minutes after market close, Peregrine issues a news release which clears everything up.

Huh.  How about that. 

And yes, there is a substantial difference between 60 cents and 85 cents. When you are buying 85000 shares, the difference is about 21000 dollars.  Not exactly pocket change for most people.  Whether this thing will ever soar much above 85 cents is besides the point.
