RE: RE: Hey Heavy, do you want to get interviwed

RE: RE: Hey Heavy, do you want to get interviwedThanks Heavy, very thorough as usual. As far as the restructuring I was hoping you would use  CNY as an example, although that comparison could be apples and oranges.. Any restructuring would be done with a financing in mind. The financing would not be done at less than .05 pre-split and probably higher. So there certainly could be a run-up prior to any restructuring and financing. We are all well aware of the CNY move prior to their restructuring and many of us did very well on that move.
Now as far as your questions I will probably respond by saying you won't learn anything from my answers but I will give an opinion, it's up to you to decide how credible the opinions are. People know where I stand, very heavily invested and willing to let it ride. I am of the opinion that all parties, with the exception of MF who will do their own thing as was suggested by your interview post. Whether it be Joe or TEC  I believe they will be on side. I don't know if Joe was paid by the 30th and if he was, I don't know how. I think he will be amenable to a delay, but only if he is assured that he will get his money later. If not we've got problems with Joe and TEC, In fact we've got big problems if financing or some other arrangement isn't negotiated.. Hope keeps many of us going, sometimes it can be dangerous to one's portfolio, but certainly more fun than no hope.
