A tiny drop in the bucket for them, but interesting all the same... Could we see more coming? Hmmmm
Could it have anything to do with the upcoming financing? or maybe the start of a tax loss campain?

I am long on PEM, and interested in more shares, so watching the insider action is interesting for me at this moment.
Any comments?
