STAN BHARTI (FUNDS)

STAN BHARTI (FUNDS)

Hello Everyone:

Very interesting development.   Stan Bharti purchased 10 million shares of VST at 5 cents recently.  Geolgist purchased 500,000 shres at 5 cents.   Drilling for VST is only in 2nd half of 2012 so really no pressure or reason for this purchase now.   For those whom question whether Stan Bharti can finance it all himself, consider that he just made a $ 10 million donation to the Laurentien university.   It is clear that money is really not the issue with LFD.   Notice that there is no insider buys on LFD, notice that Soros is no longer selling.   This tells me that management is in a blackout period where they have material information on LFD.    As mentionned I believe that LFD will announce shortly either a JOINT VENTURE OR BUYOUT in the next few weeks.   This would explain the insider purchases on VST since VST would indirectly benefit if LFD soars.  It would mean that VST sister company has big money.  A little more patience and the deal is closed.
