Sprott ownership???

I'm not so sure but does anyone remomber Sprott disclosing 10% ownership in Novus?

If this is true then:

Using issued stock only that would be about 17,000,000 shares at a value of 0.73 (Sept 30) or $12.4 million.

So Sprott currently has cash at 10th in the portfolio with novus not in the top 10.  Cash is 3.8% or $5.4 million.

If Sprott HAD 10%, the sold at least 12.4 - 5.4 = $7 million or just over 9,500,000 shares.

Maybe someone can confirm this.....
