RE: share consolidation

RE: share consolidationThere is no reason to do a consolidation unless the company plans to raise the Capex with an equity issue.  There is plenty of cash on hand to finish the near term Engineering and feasibility studies.  I think FA has been fair to shareholders thus far and avoided many of the games played elsewhere.

If a production decision is made and a partner found to share the Capital Costs then I could support a consolidation.  But until there is solid news on where we are going I don't want to see this happen.  In my view it lends itself to raising more money when it is not needed and at huge cost to present shareholders.

Lets see what the Bank is able to put together with respect financing and then lay the options out for all to see.  I would prefer a combination of Debt, a Partnership and or Offtake agreements.  A good strong partner would give our share price a much needed boost and hopefully bring some money and experience to the table.

2012 is going to be a very interesting year.  I strongly believe this project will likely be in production in a couple of years where the new projects in Saskatchewan will take 5 to 7.

All personal opinion.
