As noted earlier, I never said TV advertising REVENUE wasdeclining. What I said is that it is on decline meaning that it islosing market share. I also provided a forbes article that stated thesame -- that online marketing expenditure will surpass TV by 2016 andthe mobile advertising will be the fastest growing sub-sector when itcomes to online marketing. Again, your point about television islargely moot to YLO's situation. The only real relevance it has is inYLO's favour -- namely both the major TV networks and YLO need to expandtheir online offerings. While YLO had no presence in TV advertising,they have a strong online presence. This means that they may stand topick up some market share in a new online landscape where they are onmore equal footing with TV networks.
