  By researching him and his past dealings with any thing he has been connected to. Especially mining such as C/F, Animas resources or others he has funded you can get a picture of how he deals with the end result.   It has been stated he is a Billionaire but he is not listed as one. ( billionaire by definition is net worth  not assets controlled)   Mexico has numerous  Ernesto E's   There are people with the same name  who appear to be connected to drug cartels and seem to use a veil of privacy so not to reveal their monetary status.   Just like to see a few documented dealings so as to get a picture of his Motis Operandi.  (How he has dealt with the end result in the past)   I kind of like to know if I am going to put my money some where, what the guy who is in control is like. 

  Especially in a situation where there are so many loose ends.
