Candelaria Mining Corp. is a Canadian gold-copper exploration company with a portfolio of two highly prospective projects in Mexico. The Company owns 100% of the Caballo Blanco and the Pinos Gold Projects. The Caballo Blanco license area is located on the eastern coast of Mexico in the state of Veracruz, 65 kilometers northwest of the city of Veracruz. The most advanced project in the license area is La Paila, which is conventional open pit/heap leach mining operation targeting approximately 100,000 ounces of gold production annually. The Pinos mining property and historical mining district is located in the municipality of Pinos, Zacatecas state in north-central Mexico near the town of Pinos, Zacatecas. The property lies 405 air-kilometers northwest of Mexico City and is 67 km west-northwest of the city of San Luis Potosi, 113 km east-southeast of the city of Zacatecas, and 85 km northeast of the city of Aguascalientes.

RE: RE: Very disappointingWell, they have to spend that 120 mil on something - they can easily argue in the bonus department that they all had a hand in successfully bringing this to the 43-101 stage on time - they can likely argue that in itself is a big enough feat not to mention the timing of that private placement offering where they got over $5 a share - they look like geniuses.

As for the short term, reality check is that we got our NR yesterday and I will be surprised if we see another this year - I base this on past history with 3 weeks minimum between announcements.  Right now it is hard to envision the sp holding where it is in the absence of any other news - it seems like it is destined for the $1.20 -1.50 range until the big 43-101 news comes. The geniuses on the shareholder side were those that sold a few months back in the mid $3.50s - they could then have bought back in at a 60% discount..........
