Given all the activity in the area which one would assume would organically increase the value of land, I'm a little suspect on the timing and amount of the placement. It would appear they are securing enough funding to cover further exploration on a cost shared basis but are absent a j.v partner. Cart before the horse? perhaps. Announcement of a J.V partner and then raising capital for moos portion of exploration would have imo lead to significantly less dilution. Time will tell if there is a plan or not. MGT was and is pretty vague and have perhaps been consulted to the fact they will be in a stronger negotiation position with enough capital to particpate in exploration
