RE: RE: The new RPM map is here
RE: RE: The new RPM map is hereyes rpm owns a developed mine now, couer should pay the rent for mining the land shouldnt they?;-)
so until now rpm focused on exploration, now they own developed land with pea, ea, fs, commercial production already doned by others. so the valuation of the ounces in the ground, mineable ounces, is much higher than the ounces where you dont know if its possible to mine them economically, this is a game changer..
-pm and barrick to jointly take over the rochester mine
-rpm and coeur mine it together, rpm gets 20% of the revenue and opex, capex will be shared
-rpm gets a nsr in the range 5-10%
-rpm gets shares or cash settlement
rochester will produce 2,4 moz silver and 40 koz gold in 2012 for eight years. at gold1500, silver 25, discount rate 5% this hole cashflow stream is worth more than half a billion dollars .... exclude all capex and opex costs and taxes.
the majority? of the open pit extension lies in rpm claims, right? surely more than 20% if you combine all res kategories. so i think 40 to 50 mln dollars cash settlement is a realistic number to settle the dispute.
