The Vancouver Yellow Pages come out in Feb. I decided to call and ask. I assume delivery is rather slow in your area since the Vancouver book has been out for about 10 months. Perhaps you live in a difficult to access area?
You also mentioned having had a dialog with Fabrice recently (in a post after his latest piece came out) and yet you think Fabrice is a woman. He certainly doesn't look like a woman on his globe home page.
I have a blog or two going already but not about the comedy show that is the stock market. Anyway, I think I've had enough of this for one day. I've posted some thought out comments in good faith and hopefully they are useful to someone.
