Exile Meeting - Share ConsolidationHave seen nothing on ERI since September.   Does anyone with ERI stock still exist out there?

Just received in the mail today a "Notice of Special Meeting"

Warrants
Oando PLC

This is all in legal terminology.  Does anyone know what is going on with this in laymans terms?
