Key Action - Resignation of Vic EricksonVic Erickson was added to the Mountain-West Resources Inc Board of Directors in January, 2011 to serve as the "independent" member of the Board. He is very experienced with Mining Public Companies.

Vic Erickson will support and deliver the evidence to Canadian (RCMP), US Securities (SEC), Chilean Government investigation, ABX, TSX, Stockwatch about the corruption of Alan Finlayson, Jorge Lopehandia Cortes, Brent Johnson and his two buddies, Bruce and Tom (Insider trio).
Vic Erickson called for the December 9th annual meeting to publicly wash his hands of all the securities fraud by BJ and Tom Jackholm since April, 2008 when Tronox WorldWide (Kerr-McGee) sued Michael J. Fitzgerald
