I guess that you may have been in contact with the company and have been told that they are very optimistic that the 80/20 deal will work out, even if the deadlines have to be extended? It seems that the deal has already been approved by a few levels of government, including the central one, and that they are just waiting while Xingfa lobbies the province level to finalize things. We are told how inconvenient it would be for the deal not to go through, if Spur backs out altogether. I am very optimistic, but impatient as well. It's too bad that they don't seem to have yet found a safe haven investment for their cash, which exposes the company to a cheap cash offer takeover in the form of a merger with another company. So, contrary to what some people have said on this board about their having superior business experience and done their research, they actually haven't kept in contact with the realities over in China, at least according to the company management.
