RE: Time to rejoice!Looking at IMG financials, I think a deal could be $1.60 per share in cash + 1/10th IMG share for each OLE share. At current value, deal would be worth $3.50 per share for OLE shareholders.

Hoping Chet can close this for Christmas and give all the shareholders an early gift.
