RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Mr. Ernest(reply)Northguy, some of us actually know what we are talking about because this is what I do for a living , heavy construction project supervisor. I build roads and buildings. What do you do? I have looked at the entrance and there is plenty of space to widen the highway at the entrance. The project would involve the widening of the highway on both sides to allow for the turning lane and entry ramp and then re-paint to show the new alignment. Traffic would easily be controlled in the work area.
This would be a two month job for a road contractor. This is a simple job. A good engineer could design this entrance in one day.
So now that I have explained this for the third time, give it a rest. The entrance is not an issue in the big picture so why would they need to mention it. It's people like yourself that try to build a mountain out of a mole hill trying to make a point and always on the negative side on things.
The issue we need to be concerned with is an update on production. We are now into Q1 of 2012 and by their plan they are to be running at a rate 2.75 million tons annually by the end of February. So what rate are at now? That is the big question!!!
