the sp is very cheap considering a deal is in the works.  i would expect more of a run as the buyout could happen anytime as talks have been on for quite some time. i tend to agree with an earlier post that it might be cash and shares. the shares would be a way for chet to sell all the blue sky that ole has as the future performance would hinge partially on the monetization of that blue sky. i am going to pick up a few more shares tomorrow and hope we get an announcement early next week.
