RE: RE: It's going back up...Correct me if I'm wrong but it is not 250 000.$ cash, it is 25 000.$ per year plus an amount of shares calculated by dividing 250 000.$ by the highest of 0.40$ or the 10-day closing average (which is now 0.495$, so equals to 500 000 shares or 2.85% of the s/o, quite a big chunk IMHO).
Now if we take the 10-day closing average of the next 10 days at something around 0.70$ (we hope), this is still 357000 share or 2% of the shares of the company. In comparison, GMA gave them 0.7%.
