RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Tic toc until 2012There was no reason for the poison pill and it baffled me why they did it. In fact based on ownership structure there really wasn't a need for one unless they plan to issue more shares and dilute the current share structure. F/D They sit at 142.7 million shares and their estimated program spending according to their website is $15 to $20 million and they have a cash position of a $11 million. Their estimates for not needing cash is based on options and warrants being fully exercised. Most people I know who hold the warrants are doing so for leverage and have no intention of exercising them unless the share price appreciates substantially. I have rarely seen management of any company exercise options/warrants that are above the current sp. Assuming a company will be an exception is a poor reason to invest in one. Not promoting the company has nothing to do with management's confidence and more to do with having nothing to promote and limited funds to do so. I've seen the old drill results from Parson's and we know there is potash there but, what I want to see is an extension to the north and to the east. However, that doesn't appear to be planned based on current drill map.
