RE: Formal Offer Is ComingI agree, I do not see how this is not a "formal" offer.  There are ongoing discussions, the proposal is "conditional" and confidential, with neogotiations ongoing.  Conclusion.....this company is sold.  It will be interesting to see if Eric Nutall comments today.  Although if he does know anything he may not comment, or with so much unknown he may also avoid talking about it.  Question is how fast will all the cards be shown.  When I emailed management for more information they replied "No comment".   Things are happening.  Only question is what is the price.  I say 1.80
