Check out the chart for GDXJ which is the ETF for junior gold miners. The chart pattern is very much the same as VTR's. So I think you may have a number of people selling VTR just based on lower enthusiasm for the sector. The good news is that volume of selling is low, and I would take that to mean that a substantial core of VTR investors traders appreciate the fundamentals of the company. Its a down day for the market overall today and the events in Europe are having an effect everywhere.
