RE: RE: RE: RE: News ReleaseI recommend everyone put that hater Shingstar on ignore - he only detracts value from the discussion on this board. I have spent some time reading his posts and the only conclusion I have come to is that he is either short or working for a shorter or is simply a sociopath who enjoys riling up of posters on message boards. To date, he has done nothing but resorted to price action and cliches such as "dead money" to defend his views - he clearly has no understanding of the fundamentals of this company or the energy industry as a whole. Also, he is novice enough not to realize that stock prices in the illiquid Canadian small caps can turn on a dime with some M&A news in the sector and or a broader market reversal.
The most important issue is the one PinkPanther mentioned: you need to be patient to invest in these stocks. I will also add that you need to have some cash in the bank and have your personal expenses under control in order to live with the overshooting to the downside. I agree that Colombia was overbought earlier this year and I was lucky enough to sell some CNE in the 1.80's and 1.60's, which I bought back to early in the 1.10's and .80's. But, the company has made progress and is moving forward and, barring a Lehman 2.0 scenario emanating from Europe (which I think is very unlikely), this stock will likely get back to the 1.5 range when the markets settle down. And, following that great cliche of "put your money where your mouth is," I am buying more CNE down here.
