BUYOUT TERMS!!!!Hello Everyone:
It is clear by now to anyone whom has been holding this stock awhile that LFD will not drill this property themselves and it was never their intention to do so. Their intention was to do the preliminary work to bring it up to speed so that a MAJOR would see potential and acquire their interest. Their partner Genel did exactly this. I am certain that the failure of VST has had a direct impact on management that the risks associated with developing these plays on their own is too risky and costly, hence new position adopted since enter into Kurds land by both Vallares (Rothschild and Sinopec) plus Exxon that it is better to negotate a deal with a MAJOR, which will either be a JOINT VENTURE where LFD interest is carried to production or, complete buyout of LFD. I believe that a buyout is more likely since KURDS government wants consolidation to take place reducing the number of players from 40 to 15. Soros invested in LFD, not as a drill play, but as a hot buyout candidate when MAJORS would walk in. This is indeed happening. Those whom hold positions in this stock would do well to average down at these cheap prices cause once news hit, we SOAR.
JUST MY HONEST OPINION
