DL will still control ORSTBO if
- they sell anywhere from 0 to 49% to new investors
- example: 20% will be given to existing INT shareholders as DIVIDEND (WHO ARE THE SHAREHOLDERS????)
- The other 31% will remain in INT
Therefore, David Lucacth & al will control 51% of new entity because they control INT and DL will control another 20% personally...
