RE: ohh ohI  don't think this is bad news for BAA. Actually, it could be good news for BAA if outside political pressure force the cancellation of all those deals with the "shell" companies. This would give BAA a chance to bid for those properties. However, the probability of DRC government bowing to foreign political pressure is very low.
