RE: RE: votingWith the online voting not working for many investors this would mean that these investors, if so inclined, would NOT be able to vote AGAINST the two stock option proposals__unless they do make the extra effort and phone in their votes.

Management/directors of course really would like to have both stock option proposals approved.
