Getting out while the getting is good. Going to have to lower his asking price. Hype is all that has driven this today. This is all far far from a done deal. And a long way future tense even -IF- with a green light to go ahead 4 or 5 months down the road. Excited investors have gotten way ahead of themselves here today. This will drift back to the .20s. Just way too much languish and downtime to burn off yet still .
