CEEI plans to begin its Alberta exploratory operations early in January 2012;



Having now received the necessary land term extensions and having

significant offsetting Bakken oil production, CEEI is seeking a joint-venture

partner to spud a Bakken horizontal well in Q1 2012;



Based on success, follow-up Bakken wells may generate up to 30+ horizontal

locations on 13 sections of CEEI lands at Hardy;



A CEEI Ratcliffe vertical well is expected to spud in early 2012 at Hardy; and



Success in the Ratcliffe has the potential for a 4 section pool with room for

up to 32 Hz wells
