A question for anyone who cares to respond - where did the $25M in cash come from?
Look at the short volumes over time, you'll see that approx 300,000 shares shorted at Jan 31, (trading at around 3.50), cleaned up before Feb 15 - 500,000 short again at March 15, (price 3.50 or so) and cleaned up again at April 15 - someone made huge amounts of $$$$ off this activity.
And what is the $25M in cash to be used for? Management bonuses?
