RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: So now what?j_mart, I am also frustrated by the company's value reflected in the SP, however, I don't know if filing a class action lawsuit against management will accomplish anything. If anything, management would use up all their money to fight off the suit, which means bye bye all that value that is locked up in this company.
One thing is for certain, Jeff is one that will not tease or hint towards what's next, which is kind of unfortunate, but as long as we're on the venture exchange, we'll be much more prone to this sort of manipulation of the SP, which is why I hope that we will move up to the TSX soon.
Also, alot of the selling may be due to tax loss selling season. I imagine there were a lot of buyers north of $2.00 that were trapped over the past 8 weeks, and are simply taking this opportunity with the lack of volume to balance their portfolios. I have seen this happen regularly with couple of my other stocks that I hold, but they very often recover relatively quickly. The tax loss selling cut-off is December 23rd this year.
Also, with WND nearly quadrupling it's asset worth with the turnup of Windstar, I am betting that it will catch the interest of various utility and energy funds, which may see this stock maintain a bit more stability moving forward past the tax-loss date.
Jeff has assured me several times now that this is not the time to sell. If the stock tanks, I lose all my money, and faith at that point will be meaningless. Do I think he's jerking me personally? Nope, not a chance. Am I a bit annoyed by some of the delays? Yes, but it's expected, it's a matter of how well they manage it. From what I can tell, the NR was not the one we all expected, but at the very least, it is a material update on the status of the Windstar deployment. This is not the time for WND management to be fabricating lies and distort the reality. I do think we will see north of $2.50 after the Windstar is fully operational by December 31st.
