Luxor Selling?

Luxor Selling?First they announce their "intention" to make a bid which was very strange, there is no official offer.
Then a major holder (there are only 2) sells over 3 million shares in the market the same day?
This reeks big time, especially when you consider Luxor is a profit seeking hedge fund and buyouts are certainly not part of their normal course of business.
Very concerned that the rug will be pulled on us and we will go right back in the crapper.
