if you say so if you read my post the reason I said was we were pegged to obviously now ngd shares that were at the peak of their run...please note the value of your share exchange today versus when the deal was constructed. If we for instance had done the deal in cash we would still be seeing most of that cash value plus the perceived value of our newco...instead we are getting quickly slaughtered by the diminishing value of overpriced ngd shares.......09 when they were 12.50 adds up to a whole lot more than .09 at 9 something......that's the problem I see, that we were left open to get torpedoed if ngd shares did not hold, and it sure looks if gold falters more we'll get a whole lot less. There should have been a clause that ngd would have to make up the difference if their sp failed before the deal closed.??????
