RE: RE: RE: RE: Going Forward Plans...Makeitback - there are other ways to increase the share-price beyond a 43-101 and there are other ways beyond dilution to finance the construction. For Share price - A few strategic buyers in the public market and the low priced shares will be taken out. The average cost for Jacques Levesque and other long holders is much higher and many will hold in any case for a 10x (or higher) pay out. The problem with OX is that Jacques previously gave shares away to just about anyone with no care as to whether they were in it for the long run or not. We need to find a strategic partner who will buy the "loose" shares on the public market to take a long-term stake in the company, and who will wait for dividends or a 10x event. These people exist... why else would the company ask for permission to appoint people to the board outside of the AGM cycle. Hell they even exist in Nova Scotia... one only has to look to Freddie George, Brad Langille, Terry Coughlan and others in the NS mining world to see that they know how to make money.Secondly, to finance a mine, they simply need to sell a forward contract to a Gold buying/bullion company. They can get debt financing in this fashion as soon as they have a contract. Its done all the time, and Mark has told me several times this is probably how they would do it. No dilution involved. Worry about getting government permits... not share price, not quantity of resource and not debt. We're at the stage for permitting for the bulk sample and mine construction. If 2014 is to be realized, there can be no delays in permits.
