RE: RE: Looks to be ...Hardly a scare tactic Bishop. Any body who wanted to sell for tax loss has had plenty of time to do it already and I'm sure most who were inclined have done just that.
If the company has some kind of deal that isn't highly burdensome in so far as dilutive impact is concerned ... it's likely such a deal would not have been left to the few days before X-mas to unveil.
The pattern this year much replicates last years and while MineralFields have utilized the 'Dwekking' button on Dianor shares .... they don't buy into companies hoping to lose money ... they but in to take advantage of CEE of said companies ... not losses in share value.
Another round from MineralFields is actually a vote of confidence of sorts ... it would indicate that Wortel and the boyz feel strongly enough about the Leadbetters prospect of pushing forward ... they would continue to push capital in ... not to lose on share value ... rather ... to take advantage of the costs for executing the bulk sample ... which they would be expecting to take place/begin within the required time frame of flow-through.
MineralFields would be significantly dilutive ... so would anything else at this point.
The recent small placement certainly set the stage for MineralFields to walk in on Dec.29th.
No scare tactic here.
