Management knew they were going to have to do another financing.  Why wait untill the SP was at its lowest point since the early July discovery well to do one?  They wasted additional drilling time with targets already available.  After the discovery well posters here claimed they talked to Jeff and he told them that many people had called "to get in" to the next financing, but apparently they were told to buy in the market.  The timing of this financing was poor judgement.  I wonder if management took a piece of it?  That would explain alot.  They know the SP is going to climb back but they allowed it to depress for their own interests.
