Iposted the last comment, attempting to connect JL to Kanco SHs (Clyde Davis)and their direct dealings with JL since 2002. This exposure assisted MWR Board to sign a March 15, 2011 Joint Venture with Kanco SHs:


Newmontand Barrick is paying public company, Bullion Monarch Mining, since 2008 aRoyalty Interest at the Nevada Carlin Trend which directly connects Nevadafraud to the Pascua Lama property. The total Royalty is about $10 Millionalready and the Bullion Monarch attorneys (Kirton & McConkie and their Renoassociates) are on a contingency basis! This means Bullion is controlled bycorrupt lawyers, like Barrick's Patrick Garver. Kirton & McConkie isdirectly associated to Patrick Garver (1993-2010 Barrick Corporate attorney)who just resigned based on Fraud on the Court both in Nevada and Chile.
RecentWyoming Federal Complaints have been filed by Mountain-West Provo, Utahattorneys and an associate to Jorge Lopehandia (who wired $10,000 to Chile in2002 defending his claim to title) with the absolute support by Dr. H. ClydeDavis PhD, geologist for the Mormon Church since 1966. Dr. Davis worked throughS. David Colton, corporate attorney for Phelps Dodge Corporation back in 2002to protect Lopehandia's claim to title with great success in causing delays
