Sask. Dream or Reality?

Sask. Dream or Reality? Here is a headline that sums up the potential for quickly increasing output in Canada.  If you're familliar with the labor situation in Western Canada you'll already know a great deal of it comes from Eastern Canada.  With Newfoundland projects and the Navy Contract going to Halifax a good many will leave from the West and head home to work. This will excaerbate an already tight labor market for both Skilled and Unskilled Workers.

Figure it out for yourselves.  Anything taking place in Western Canada is going to take time,  and lots of it.
