The financing for Windstar and Kingman was far more complex and took far longer than expected. It looked for a while like the financing would never close. Perhaps Jeff underestimated the complexity and time required to do that type of deal. I don't think he was happy about the delay or incompetent. But the delay was enough to drive investors away. Mackie dumped millions of shares at exactly the wrong time. Drove the price down. Jeff's fault? His intention? I doubt it.

It has taken a whole year of construction and more delays. Jeff's fault? I just don't see it.

Where is the long overdue Puerto Rico financing? Another long, difficult  financing I guess. Eventually it will close, the projects will get buit and the cash flow will hit the books. The share price will respond to the financials.

If you really believe Jeff wants a low share price then you should not be invested in this stock.
