History of Mt Kellett ownership anyone?

This could be very telling if anyone knows when Mount Kellett purchased their shares in Baja, and their holdings total by quarter to date. I do not believe that this is anything but an outside play. Also, 19.9% interest does not give any owner of such shares the right to a seat on the BOD. Now I don't know what would happen @ 20% but that can only happen by a majority vote by shareholders. That may be where MK is taking this.
