There's a ton of warrants/options all at or below 75 cents
If they are in the money and people start exercising them, that will bring in 18.1 million.
Insiders hold a combind 29.01 million shares/warrant/options.
That doesn't include the institutions.
Why would they dilute themself, will little OPEX or CAPEX to come before the NI 43-101.
