You cannot explain to the resident village idiots here (and there are a few here) about tax advantages, risk assessment and how decisions are made to place investment capital - and where.

They just cannot grasp either the fundamentals or the mathematics. If flow-through shares were some sort of scam, they would not exist. As you pointed out, it is only high net-worth investors who use this vehicle and their determinations are beyond the scope of these low-brow jackasses to comprehend.. This placement has already been subscribed by investors of much higher caliber and worth than the resident retards. 

These buffoons insist on polluting this environment with their self-aggrandising and perverse comments that only irritate other regulars, perplex new visitors, demean the quality of the commentary on this BB, and truly deserve to be ignored or expelled, although RY often cannot resist the temptation to poke a stick into this nest of impotent and toothless mental midgets, just to stir them up and challenge their mental acuity!!

All long EPO investors will have much to celebrate in 2012, despite the looming crisis in the EU and US.

It's no longer a question of "good luck to us" - it's simply a question of just how much MORE potash is in the ground and how long to the start of production.
