So that would be 800 / 5 = 150 Kgs +/- growth per week.  Yes or no ?  If 1.2 tonnes grows at 150 Kg per week you get 2 tonnes after 5 weeks. No ?

150 divided by 7 days is 20 Kg per day, 10 Kg per shift.  (I believe they do 2 shifts a day for 7 days no?)

20 Kg * 2 = 40 pounds.  20 Kg * $6 = a good steak dinner, plus tip.

It is very important to me, if you please, if someone can explain if I am wrong here, since I will certainly conclude I am losing my mind.

All of which of course misses the point entirely,....

This is very embarassing.
