RE: Pressure is on CRI Big Time

RE: Pressure is on CRI Big TimeI agree with you all but I'm going to refrain from saying 'we won' full out until at least a release from RPM comes out. Certainly there will be news out from third parties that may slant this towards CDM for obvious reasons although it seems black and white from the mineweb article that the Judge is leaning towards the possibility that the claims belong to RPM but for safety reasons they cannot at this time go on to the actual mine area until the claims dispute has been awarded. Judges don't really like to have make these decisions when clearly these two companies have not really put in an effort to work something out.

However imo if they (CDM and RPM) don't get to the table soon it will go to the courts and so far RPM appears to be inching in front of CDM

Lastly of course is the markets where for the next few days at least the MM's will decide what is the sentiment of this news and act accordingly which may be quite opposite to what we as investors might think.

Me, I'm doing nothing (not buying or selling) since the real battle is about who owns the claims, I don't see a formal answer to that until the New Year.

Happy Holidays to all and happy penny flipping to the rest as it could get volatile.
