BUYOUT $ 1 PER SHARE (CASH)

BUYOUT $ 1 PER SHARE (CASH)

Hello Everyone:

I believe that a deal has been done except lawyers are reviewing it and, Kurds putting their final approval.  I suppose we will know by Friday, latest, as Genel wants to start new year by drilling Chia property.  I think that for management to agree to sell, the terms must be very good.  WZR has 5,000 bpd of oil and trades near $ 300 million value.  LFD has the same asset so my thinking is that LFD could sell at a discounted price say at $ 186 million or $ 1 per share.   Genel knows that by drilling it, this property will immediately have a value of $ 300 million, so price can be justified.   As I have stated one million times to date, maybe you should consider LOADING UP based on recent press release. There is absolutely no way that LFD will not be bought out.  If LFD hung on, it was to get a better price for its shareholders.  Lets see if I am correct on this.   Kurd30 must feel like a real idiot having sold just hours before a deal.
