RE: BUYOUT $ 1 PER SHARE (CASH)

RE: BUYOUT $ 1 PER SHARE (CASH)Please read the news release a little closer........

"potential sale by Longford of its interest in the Chia Surkh block in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq".

They do not appear to be interested in acquiring the company only the interest they hold in the property.  There is a big difference here.  Cash for transaction does not go to the shareholder, but to LFD.  Without it being a company purchase deal you can be assured management will pay themselves some good bonuses and proceed to squander the remaining proceeds.

If the deal is announced, then this will be a good time to exit this POS.  The likelihood of management doing a special dividend to the shareholders is remote.  Lets hope something happens, and then head for the door, because I do not want this management to erode what ever value is created by this deal.
